Dia Zafer-Joyce
Dia Zafer-Joyce is a people manager, process developer, and problem solver. In 2008, she began a 13-year career with Apple designing support operations for new products and developing the future of financial servicing. In 2021, Dia packed up her Silicon Valley tech industry expertise and accepted a senior management position in Digital Imaging Experience and Engagement at Adobe. She now strategizes end-to-end journey and customer enablement across the Imaging, Photography, and Pro Design business categories.
After earning an MBA from The Raymond A. Mason School of Business during the pandemic and spending almost 15 years supporting products, programs, and new initiatives, she's realized that the only thing worth investing in are people. Now, she uses that passion for people to unpack business problems and present people-centric solutions.
